[Openexr-announce] OpenEXR web site changes

Hi,

We've updated the "Technical Details" and "Documentation" sections on
http://www.openexr.com to include information on tiled images and the new
tiled image API.  We've also added some thoughts on ways to encode
luminance and chroma channels (as opposed to RGB) in OpenEXR images.
