I suppose that there's a lot of duplicate work going on at the
moment :-) FWIW, I've finished inlining the problematic functions.
However, I am now stuck in ImfCRgbaFile.cpp, with the
*value = header(dr)->typedAttribute<Imf::FooAttribute>(name).value();
calls. MSVC gets horribly confused about the template specification
here, and I don't see an obvious solution here. Or perhaps my brain
is too fried.
Anyway, I've uploaded a snapshot (without the images from IlmImfTest
to save size) to http://step.schmelzweb.at/temp/OpenEXR-1.0.4-MSVC.zip .
