Hi Kian,
No, nobody was able to do this (to my knowledge) without hacking the
source code. I hear that Visual Studio .NET 2003 (is that VC7.1?) will
compile Boost (boost.org), and if so, that's a good sign that it should
compile OpenEXR. I'm hoping to release a new version of OpenEXR next
week, and I'll try .NET 2003 if I have a chance.
