exrstdattr, exrmakepreview, and exrenvmap are now in CVS. I've eliminated
this from the TODO list, but we do need to update the VC projects to build
these utilities. They should get built automatically on any platform
which uses the autoconf build system.
I've uploaded a new images tarball. There are now some multi-resolution
images that have ROUND_UP rounding, so that you can test your code with
that mode as well as the default, ROUND_DOWN. If by some miracle the
new images tarball shows up on the Savannah downloads page, great; if not,
we'll stick it on openexr.com. The name of the new tarball is
OpenEXR-images-1.1a.tar.gz.
I've also added a TODO for fixing isnan () on OS X.

TODO list before the 1.1.0 release:
* get autoconf to build .1 so's to allow concurrent installation of
OpenEXR library versions.
* fix a few lingering build issues (restrict keyword, -lmx on OS X,
ignore already-installed OpenEXR headers, isnan () on OS X).
* check in new example code (how to use tiling interface)
* Visual Studio 6/Intel C++ updates, if possible
* add targets for new utilities in VS.NET project files.
