Hmm odd, I had a similar problem with using the 'FLEXlm' libraries in
my own code and this certainly helped. When you did the static link to
the .a you did add a -Bstatic for those objects I assume? On IRIX
there is a -Bdirect which is good too, perhaps something using -Bgroup
would sort it out.
Either way, I'm sure apple's version won't have this problem :-)
