[Openexr-devel] Dependencies for OpenEXR_viewers: OpenEXR_CTL?

I am new to openEXR and have downloaded the version 2.0.0 sources. The openexr_viewers Readme indicates that the OpenEXR_CTL package is optional, but I don't know where to find it. It is not in the download section or in the git repository. What does this library do and where can I find it?
