I found the issue. On my environment, <sys/time.h>
does not correctly define timercmp.
Changing the file to define it, everything compiles now!

Hi,
I'm on holiday, so answers are shorter...
Compilation for android/iOS works for osip
& exosip. However, I'm always using my own
native xcode or native makefiles for android.
I'm pretty sure you have a missing #define
incorrectly guessed by the configure script.
Check the generated config.h. for android, I
thin I also compile with #define ANDROID: may be
that will help to solve the wrong includes.
