Get the source,
uncompress it in /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES,
cd /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES/pan; ./configure, then run `rpm -ba pan.spec`.
Your rpms are in
/usr/src/redhat/RPMS/[arch]/pan-[ver].[arch].rpm
/usr/src/redhat/SRPMS/[arch]/pan-[ver].src.rpm
