Yes. The problem here is that the strftime checks in autoconf didn't
take into account win32's handling of %l and %k. Make this change to
configure.in:
- exit (strstr(buf, "l") || strstr(buf, "k"));
+ exit (strstr(buf, "l") || strstr(buf, "k")) || !strcmp(buf, " "));
