[Pan-users] Cannot install Pan 11.92

I am trying to install Pan 11.92, but after calling
./configure I get the following error message:

Now I have just installed Gtk 2.0.2 and I do not
understand what is going wrong.
I installed Gtk with the prefix /opt/gtk.

Can anybody give me a nit?
