[Pan-users] pan0.11.93 compile error

I am trying to compile pan 0.11.93.  I am using Mandrake 8.2 and gcc3.1.

I am getting the following errors while compiling

There appears to be an issue with libpango.  I've installed pango-1.0.1
from Mandrake's latest rpms.  Anyone know what the issue might be?
