rpm is smart enough that if a package has a dependency, and the dependency
is one of the other packages that's being installed in the same command,
it won't complain and fail to install.
so if foo-1.0 depends on bar-1.0:
rpm -Uvh foo-1.0.rpm bar-1.0.rpm
will let foo be installed, since bar is being installed at the same time.
