I have upgraded to v 0.11.4 but still can't get it to work..  I must be 
thick headed about some element here..  The partition I am using has 
26% used space...  

I am attempting to upgrade to "pan-0.13.2-1" but the dependencies are 
many, and it will take me a while to wade through it all...
