[Pan-users] (Windows) Pan (GTK?) locking the clipboard

Using Pan 0.13.91 on Windows XP I've noticed that 'sometimes' - I have not been
able to devise the exact circumstances yet - Pan seems to exclusively 'lock'
the system clipboard, so that other application's attempts at e.g.
copy/paste fail. Most of the time this affects applications started after
pan, but not always; quitting pan definitely breaks this lock and lets the
affected app access the clipboard just fine.
Has anybody else observed this? I could not find an open bug on this.
