[Pan-users] I need liegthread-2.0-0.dll

Hello all,

I downloaded Pan, beta version for Windows [I have Win98], but when I
wanted to start it I've got an error message that it requires
"liegthread-2.0-0.dll" which I ,obviously, don't have. Where can I
found the missing file?
