I don't think that's a good idea, as it can encourage people to put far
too much rubbish in the attribution. For readability, it shouldn't
exceed one line. I've found some more comprehensive arguments here:

Although I can't find anything about this issue in the GNKSA, I think
limiting the length of the attribution serves much of the same purpose
as limiting the signature length.
While we're discussing this issue, I'd also suggest changing Pan's
default attribution from
"On %d, %n wrote:"
to simply
"%n wrote:"
since the date is of little importance and can be found in the header
pane anyway, except when the article has expired.
