Well, it won't be v1 for some time, probably past 0.17..  If it was v1.0,
the betas would be v 0.9x.y.  In fact, it's not looking to be 0.15,
either, but rather 0.14.3, as the 0.15 betas would be 0.14.9x.  0.14.2.9x
indicates a 0.14.3 beta.

Yes, I know the next thing after 0.15 on the roadmap is 1.0, but that's
only because the route between 0.15 and 1.0 isn't laid out yet.  Part of
the features now scheduled for 0.15 will actually wait until 0.16 or
later.  At some point, there might be a 0.50 waymark, which would indicate
progress from early builds to something approaching what the developers
consider 1.0 material but which still needs additional work.  As I
mentioned, 0.9x will ultimately signal pre-1.0 betas.  However, that's
likely some time off, probably a year, at least.
