The reason, incase anybody's interested: The ability to rightclick and
ignore multiple threads at once. I use newsgroups where we do get a lot
of spammers and flooders, and it's nice to send them to oblivion with a
simple right-click->select operation.

I also like the way it highlights watched threads green.
