Yes, the licensing mess with gnutls got fixed, fortunately!

Just a disclaimer, pan is not supported by Red Hat or any other company
afaik, and I've been helping with packaging as a volunteer.

So I've created a new test build for Fedora users here:

http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=12276231

That build adds -D_GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI=0 to use the old ABI which was
default in previous Fedora releases.

Please test it and let me know if you encounter any crashes. I plan to push
it to stable repos later.
