  Initial commit of lia 1.1.

Changes from 1.0 to now:
* Replaced pin header with micro usb connector
* Rotated top silkscreen labels 180 to show up readable in the quadshot
  airframe.
* Repositioned the side pinheaders to fit into a breadboard.
* Removed pressure sensor footprint.
* Improved silkscreen and synchronized with Lisa/M 2.0 r1
* Probably few others that I forgot. :) (I know I should commit more
  often)
