  [build] radio_control_ppm, default to PA_01 (SERVO6 on Lisa/M)
To configure the pin from the airframe file, set the RADIO_CONTROL_PPM_PIN to 
one of these values:
* PA_01 or SERVO6, (this is the default)
* PA_10 or UART1_RX
e.g. to configure it on the uart1 rx pin for lisa/m:
<configure name="RADIO_CONTROL_PPM_PIN" value="UART1_RX"/>
