Oh, sorry... my bad. That you probably know..
There is a 4017 decade counter on the tiny, the files you want to take
a look at are
sw/airborne/arch/lpc21/servos_4017_hw.[ch]
I think it just outputs the pulses on the 10 servo channels one after another.
