Thank you all for your kind help and suggestions, i really need them.
I am not powering the AP from the high voltage lipo i use a SMPS to
lower voltage to 12v and i apply it
to YAPA2's Voltage input.
To sense the lipo's voltage i do use a resistor divider consisting of a
15K and a 1K resistor.
The voltage divider's output is 1.5v when using a 6 cell lipo.
The only 5v inputs to the LPC2148 is the PPM input as the YAPA2 powers
the receiver (which has a PPM output so no encoder is used) from the 5v
BEC rail by design.
The YAPA2 has a BEC 5v rail that powers all servos AND the rc receiver
thus the PPM output from the rx is 5v.
The BEC 5v rail is completely isolated from the PTH08080WAH psu 5v rail,
i don't use the switch pads
(unsoldered) under the modem and i also verified this with a multimeter.
