Cómo reproducir:  agarrar una base vacia. crear la empresa (ya esta creada, 
solo llenarle el IIBB), aceptar, y luego modificar el IIBB de nuevo. ta-dan! 
(si, el nefasto ruidito de windows :)

Original Submission:  cuando uno modifica un uid (IIBB, CUIT), el coso hace 
algo mal con la base:
