Okay, I hope pics are alright since it's easier for me:

The three first lines are just like that also in ./configure.

There's nothing more SigC-concerning around PKG_CHECK_MODULES, just the 
one line.

NetBSD is 2.0 beta, but the packages (also sigc++) come from 1.6.2 
binaries.
