[paragui-users] PG_StaticFrame... What happened to it?

All,
        I am working on a project that I started over a year ago and have 
prettymuch 
let get totally out dated... When I am attempting to compile it now with the 
PG 1.0.2 release I now notice that PG_StaticFrame is no longer in the distro, 
nor is the qnx theme...  Did this class get renamed and if so, what is it 
now?  On the theme, is this intentional to not have it?
