well, chalk it up to plain stupidity. the reason i couldn't get anything to
show in that final widget was b/c i was using the creating PG_Rect as points
for the other widgets, and of coarse, these are relative to the widget it's
contained in and not the current, so they were just being drawn offscreen.
:)  oops.


o, alex, quick question about the fireworks demo...... with the timer set at
60, did you notice any poop performance ? ie - choppy mouse movement??  at
first i didn't have this problem, but i had a HD crash and had to format
yadda yadda yadda.....and now with the same compile, i get really poor
performance not seen before.
