[paragui-users] on internationalization and ParaGUI...

(yes I've been reading a particular "Linux Journal" on
internationalization.  And since I occasionally work in a few languages
(have been (slowly) learning Dutch, French, German, Japanese, Mandarin and
even a wee bit of Arabic :)
Now while the European languages aren't much of a bother, some of the
others are decidedly tricky...

Anyone looked into any of this stuff?
If not I'll toss it into the TODO file.  I'm thinking of checking into
pango at the moment.  YES I know it's un-needed dependency.  So I'm
working out how to make it into a plugin :)

oh and aside - anyone know how to detect "WINE" libs using autoconf? :)
