Lua too slow for you?!? Are you sure you've tried it the right way? I mean, making an automated wrapper (tolua, luabind..) may consume considerable overhead.
My wrapper is hand-crafted for best performance & maintainability. The downside: writing it takes some time.. :) Would be interesting to make C++/Lua speed comparisons some day - any good code for that?

My employeer has allowed me to work 1-2 weeks on a ParaGui/Lua wrapper. We'd be interested to use such, if/when available. That'll be above theOur first idea was to use Lua too but it was too slow for our needs. So we1.0.4 (which is stable).built our own script language :). It's already in productional use.
