Can't dup STDERR: Inappropriate ioctl for device

Hi,

I seem to have encountered a bug with GNU parallel. The python code being run isn't very portable. Based on the bugid, does anyone have test data that I could run that would help diagnose the problem here?

Thanks,
Shyam

[saladi@compute-2-40 nycomps_targettrack]$ cat nycomps_061116.fna | parallel -k -N1 --recstart '>' -j7 --pipe --sshloginfile nodefile_uniq python ~/ml-_expression_/scripts/nupack_pair_probabilities.py > nycomps_061116.fna.hybrprob

parallel: This should not happen. You have found a bug.
Please contact <parallel@gnu.org> and include:
* The version number: 20160522
* The bugid: Can't dup STDERR: Inappropriate ioctl for device
* The command line being run
* The files being read (put the files on a webserver if they are big)

If you get the error on smaller/fewer files, please include those instead.
