Thanks. I already did.

As we have to upgrade manually, and it's basically me maintaining the
software in our cluster, I only do updates once in a while or on
request. The reason for not using the Debian package is that we need the
package that contains the other parallel program for some other reason,
which conflicts with GNU parallel. Is there any chance for this issue to
be solved in the future? I found some old discussions about this.
