Following heavy testing with the test package given at:

http://www.cert.org/advisories/CA-2003-06.html

I have fixed a bug and a memory leak in libosip:

libosip (0.9.5)
        * fix a memory leak for retransmissions in msg_2char.
        * fix a bug when startline end with CRCRLF.

I have fixed more than one issue in partysip: !:/

partysip (0.5.5)
        * refuse to send CANCEL for non-INVITE transaction.
        * fix insertion of route set in cancel request.
        * improve loop detection and allow at least one spiral.
        * fix bug when a CANCEL comes but no transactions has been found.
        * fix bug when deleting branch with fallback address.
        * memory leak and possible buffer overflow in the filter plugin.
        * fix buffer overflow when dbm support is enabled.
        * all IPs (serverip) are now autodetected on linux, sun, BSD and win32.
        * fix a crash when a very late ACK come and the user is not registred.
        * improve dbm detection. (mainly tested with db (db3))
        * fix a bug after a SRV query special failure type.
        * fix rpm and debian packaging.
        * SIP masquerading for NAT support on all platforms. (require a static
configuration on the NAT to forward RTP streams to UAs. Each UA have
          to use a different port.)

After those changes, partysip will resist to the 4524 tests. The version
used for testing is the one you get with no option enabled.

I'll continue the test by changing the configuration and compiled option
used. For example, all the test have been done when trying to reach a
non-registred user in partysip.

Evryone should hopefully upgrade to this much more reliable release of
partysip.

I have built a binary version of partysip on windows (with the filter
plugin enabled and linked with tre, a regexp library)

As usual, all of this can be found at:

 http://www.nongnu.org/partysip/partysip.html#downloading
 http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/osip/

Thanks
Aymeric
