I wanted to check my patch against the CVS version,
but I can't compile anymore.
The bootstrap script fails with
I changed the way autoconf checks for the availability of the check
library. Now it doesnt require check.m4 and condition the compilation
and execution of the testsuite in torture/ to the availability of the
library.
Now you should be able to bootstrap & compile the library without
having the check library installed.
