Hi Jose,
The patch is still ok.
There is a test-function cmdline program and a 
test-all-function script that produces sample files for 
gnuplot. Yes, I know, not a GNU program.
Integrating into the check framework will need some time, 
though.
Most unfortunately, I can only test my code. 
I cannot test my interpretation of the spec.
