[pdf-devel] New stm design and API

Hi all.

The new design of the stm module is now documented in the wiki:
http://www.gnupdf.org/Lib:Architecture/Base_Layer/Stream_Module

It is a lot simpler now because it makes use of the filesystem
module. 

The API for this module is already documented in the Reference
Manual. 

Now I am going to change the implementation of the stm module to make
use of the new architecture. Then I will open a lot of implementation
taks to write the several filters, and to adapt the existing ones.
