Hi hackers.

I made several changes regarding the project manuals:

1) I moved the data from Lib:Architecture (and subpages) to a more
convenient texinfo manual in doc/gnupdf-arch. This will ease the
documentation of the design of the upper layers (by far more
complicated than the base layer). The new directory /doc/figures/
is holding the figures used by the manuals in .fig, .eps, .png and
   .txt formats.

2) I removed the auto-generation of the wiki versions of the manuals
(like Lib:Reference_Manual, Lib:Hackers_Guide, etc). The wiki
output was not good at all and the HTML generated by makeinfo is
much better (one html page per node, etc). An up-to-date copy of
the html manuals can be found at:

      http://www.gnupdf.org/manuals/gnupdf.html (Reference Manual)
      http://www.gnupdf.org/manuals/gnupdf-hg.html (Hackers Guide)
      http://www.gnupdf.org/manuals/gnupdf-arch.html (Library Architecture
Guide)
      http://www.gnupdf.org/manuals/gnupdf-utils.html (Utilities)

3) I deleted the obsolete wiki pages and fixed the references to the
   new /manuals/ urls.

4) The data in the Information for Newcomers page has been moved to
the first chapter of the Hackers Guide and the reference in Library
has been changed to point to
   http://www.gnupdf.org/manuals/gnupdf-hg.html/Information-for-Newcomers.html

David, please note that the task #83 has changed: the description for
the missing section in the crypt module should go to gnupdf-arch.texi.
