Seems that the 64-bit support module in basic types is not managing very well 
64-bit types in Win32.

Didn't check our "builtin 64-bit support": the problem seems to come when using 
the 64bit types from Win32.

Anyway, we should also check our builtin 64-bit support to see if the problems 
also happen there.
