Hello,

I have done some code improvements to the predictor patch:
* #defines for filter parameter strings (sorry for overlooking that)
* changing some int counters to "pdf_size_t" inside the filters
* additional comments

Please give me feedback or merge this new version of predictor filter.
(This patch includes the pdf-filter.c patch. So maybe it is better to
merge the new pdf-filter patch first.)
