[Pengfork-devel] [bug #12803] Unable to register P3 protocol functions

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #12803 (project pengfork):

I was able to circumvent this problem by (a) changing the access number, and
then (b) removing all access numbers from my /etc/penggy/phonetab except the
one that worked.  I don't know which of those two steps was the relevant one,
or if both are required.
