--- NEW FILE ---
to install et_media the example app from the eTemplate Tutorial you need to do 
the followin steps:

1) in a shell (on windows just copy the et_media dir into your phpgw-install 
dir)
cd /www/phpgroupware            # or whatever you phpgw-install-dir is
mv etemplate/doc/et_media .
ln -s et_media etemplate/doc

2) install et_media via setup

3) enable it for you as a user
