Done.
It now handles giving datatypes for multi-dimensional arrays.
Its kinda handy to be able to get a listing of what datatypes your vars
are when the datatype matters. It doesnt matter much within PHP, since
PHP has very soft data type casting. But for working with XML-RPC and
SOAP it becomes more handy.
