Well, I wanted to write db_purge, but... my head should be here, somewhere.

Packages are new, because we are now counting 48 phpGroupWare packages, while
we had 25 with 0.9.12.
Find a solution to automatically package them was not so easy, but I'm quite
satisfied of my work. Indeed, I feel I can do better.
