I basically wrote a wrapper application which loads the welcome page in a
banner frame and loads standard bugzilla in a lower frame, with the
IdSociety templates this looks pretty seamless, although it would not work
well with other phpGroupWare layouts.  I even send my LDAP username and
password to the bugzilla frame to automatically login to bugzilla as the
current phpgw user.  If anyone would like me to tar.gz this up and put it
somewhere I would be happy to, it is by no means production worthy, more a
hack, but you can get the idea.
