It is still in phpgw.

In order for you to be added as a phpgroupware developer we need to see
some code.  In this case I think some patches for the existing bugs for
tts which are listed on savannah would be a great start.  If these are
ok then you will be added.  Please checkout docs.phpgroupware.org for
the developer guidelines and other relevant docs.

Just so you are aware of our policy new features can only be added to
the development branch, while bug fixes can go into either - or both.

Post a link to the patch on savannah here once you have something ready.
 Let me know if you have any queries and thanks again for the offer.
