I guess the plain answer is no. However:
1.- There is the phpgroupware/doc directory in the distribution with
some stuff in it.
2.- There is the phpgroupware/phpgwapi/doc directory in the distribution
very developr oriented.
3.- Have a look at those directories for HEAD cvs (go to the savanah
page and browse the cvs). There are some interesting docs on some
developer topics there.
4.- If you are more explicit as to what you want i might give you a
speciffic doc/set of class files to look at.
5.- A comprehensive developer's manual, i think, is in the making.
