Hi all,

After some discussion, it was obvious that there was some
misunderstanding between developers regarding the 16 release. We have
now tried to resolve this problem as quickly as practial.

0.9.14.003 Bug Fix Release
This release has been dropped. You will still be able to grab bug fixes
for the current stable branch from cvs.

0.9.16 Release
This release will be based on 0.9.14, with some new apps and selective
back porting HEAD API features. This will be the final release using
the phplib templating engine.

All developer will be required for a feature to be in both the HEAD and
0.9.16 branches of cvs by the feature freeze date or the feature will be
removed from the 0.9.16 branch.

General Improvements:
* Will run with register_globals=off
* Full pgsql 7.3 support
* Requires php4.1+
* Improved Apache 2 support - but Apache2 + PHP still has issues

The release should include the following new apps:
* eTemplates
* Improved sitemgr
* Peer Servers
* Sync Interface
* KnowledgeBase (aka phpbrain)
* Anthill port
* OpenSSH port
* Wiki
* Property

Timelines:
* 1-May-2003 - Feature Freeze
* 10-May-2003 - RC1 Release
* 24-May-2003 - 0.9.16 Release
