there's already a filemanager, adding more tracking to it wouldn't be too hard.

There's also already a "property" app designed for real estate.

not sure what you mean by roster, maybe have a look at the HR app?

a gallery would be sweet, possibly a port of gallery from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/gallery /?

I think all the tools are there to do what you want, but unless your like speed
coder 4 days might be a little short.
