[Phpgroupware-developers] Phonelog vs Infolog

Hi,

I was going to adjust the rights for the phonelog and got:
Template Error: filename: file
/home/web/phpgroupware/phonelog/templates/default/preference_acl.tpl does not
exist.
Halted.

Is this a bug that matters?  Is Phonelog and Infolog related?  Are they
merging?  Phonelog doesn't show up in Setup/Manage Applications but Infolog
does.
