Developer, admin and user docs make the project more accessible and our
code base more user friendly.  From what I have seen just about all of
the new code has phpdoc headers, which is a great start :)

I just whinged about things I didn't like, but some of that was personal
style stuff.

I think Vu and Benopit have done a great job on this.  

As mentioned in other posts, this will allow us to use several single
sign on systems easily within phpGW, which should be a big plus for our
users.  I don't have a NT/XP network to test NTLM with, but we could
possibly drop the ntlm auth class from the api now. This should make it
easier to maintain our code base :)
