I have uw imap 2000c-15 installed using ~/mail for
folders and /var/spool/mail/user as a mail spool.
Every other imap client I'm using (mozilla, horde/imp
web-mail) handles this gracefully - phpgroupware email
NOT :(
When launching phpgw email, php client starts searching
every subdirectory beginning from \ (root). This leads
to imap server timeout (that default 60 secs) and the
whole process hangs.
I did spend nearly 5 hours to find out the reason but
didn't find. PHP uses mod_imap.so and imap handling
works fine in any case with a simple script file.
Anyone have got an explanation/correction into this?
